If you want to host Multiple WordPress sites, you can do this every effectively using the WPToolKit. Each site will have a unique directory within the public_html directory that hosts the WordPress content. First open up WP Toolkit from your CPanel and then click on the Install button.
Next, there will be a pop-up that asks for various parameters. The key here is to put your the path of your WordPress site.
In image above, the WordPress Site is created within the folder t2. You can verify the creation by going looking at the WP Toolkit main page.
You can also look at File Manager to see that the folder was created.
